What is A New Model for Mental Health?

A scientific approach to healing mental illness and achieving mental health using nutrition. During the program, I will guide you through 115 narrated slides, which will give you all of the information you need to reclaim your mental health, using diet.

After completing the program, you will be in a position to take complete control over your health, rather than being reliant upon doctors. I will share insights which doctors themselves are not taught in medical school, which goes a long way to explain why mental illnesses have proliferated over the last few decades.

The program provides a real alternative to pharmaceutical medicine for achieving mental health.

What does it include?

The program includes the scientific foundations of this new model, so that you know how it works, plus the practical application, so you’ll also know exactly which foods you should be eating, and avoiding, to resolve your own health challenges.

It includes which diet to follow, plus which supplements to take, complete with dosing. It also includes instructions on how to maximise nutrient absorption and how to detoxify your body.

As well as the science and practical areas, I include case studies of my own clients, plus those of other doctors who have successfully used this approach to treat mental illness.

    Life changing

    Following a consultation with Matt and accessing his online program, my life has completely changed.

    I was suffering with Depression, Brain Fog and Fatigue following a really stressful period. In fact I've struggled with episodes like this for years.
