Welcome to Thrive
Welcome to Thrive
Hello and welcome to Thrive.
Thrive is an online mental health course, designed by me, Matt Janes, to teach you how to calm your anxiety and help you to beat stress, through my expertly designed curriculum of 38 video classes. The course took a total of three years to develop, drawing upon my studies in neuroscience, psychology and the science of stress. I’ve brought together all of the best research and practices, to help you to transform your mental health. There are a total of nearly 5 hours of video content, which begins by teaching you the real science of stress and how it affects your body and mind. Then, I’ll guide you through a series of practical classes which, amongst other things, will:
- Reduce your anxiety
- Help you to feel calmer and more confident
- Give you mastery over your feelings and emotions
- Give you a sense of ease and contentment
- Increase your awareness, of yourself, others and what’s happening around you
- Make you more compassionate towards yourself and others
- Help you to deal with difficult emotions
- Teach you how to develop a sense of purpose and meaning in your life
As you can see, Thrive is designed to teach you how to transform your mental health, but it does much more than that. It provides you with the foundations to live a new life, with more freedom and purpose. I’ve designed the Thrive curriculum very carefully, so that it builds over time. Once you’ve learned how to master your attention, your feelings and emotions, even difficult ones, I’ll give you some really easy but brilliant tools to help you to navigate, and to end up where you want to be in life.
If you’ve read my book, Saving Dad, you’ll know that I first witnessed the devastating effects of mental health when I was just three years old. It’s because of this life experience that I wanted to help ensure that other people didn’t have to go through the suffering that my father has experienced. I’ve dedicated my life to helping people with their mental health, and Thrive is an important part of achieving this.
I’ve been lucky to receive feedback from lots of people who have already taken Thrive and I’m thrilled that they’re getting so much value from it. It’s been called “Life-changing”, “Brilliant”, and as having “The potential to change, even save, lives.”
Furthermore, the latest statistics show that the average reduction in stress levels after taking the course is 70% and 77.6% of students say that it reduced their anxiety.
I look forward to seeing you in class!
All the best, Matt
